Be safe. Be courteous. Buckle up and drive carefully. Remember, there can only be one winner. Enjoy the adventure and make some memories. Cheers and Best of luck!

Physical Clues (in World Wide World)

Final location of the Dodge Journey (East):

16 Donut Point Ln.
Tenants Harbor, ME 04860

Final clue: Kenniston Realty in Rockland, ME

Message from phone call (paraphrased, courtesy of Spencer):

Good job, there will be no more clues.  You are within 15 miles of the Journey.

Main Street Prison Showroom -> Angeliques (Antiques) Thomaston, ME

(courtesy of Tobias)

Message from phone call (paraphrased, courtesy of Spencer):

Nice work. Be careful who share this number with. 99% of the people that are hoping to find the Journey, think they can find it from their easy chair. So, don’t undo all own your hard work.

The lands you will be traveling to will have many beautiful properties where you would like to park your Journey.  Look under the first rock.  One will stand out.  If you see it, give the owner a call.

Solution: Continue traveling north along Rte 1 to Rockland, ME and find Kenniston Realty.

Discussion: “The first (rock)” may be a reference to The First, a bank in Rockland along Rte 1, but before Kenniston Realty. This may have confirmed the direction. As this clue was paraphrased, it may have, in fact, been worded as “Look beyond the first rock.”

Red’s Eats at Wiscasset, ME -> Sign Store on Water Street for a clue in the window:

Message from phone call:

Nice work. First things first. Be careful who share this number with. 99% of the people that are hoping to find the Journey, think they can find it from their easy chair. So, don’t undo all own your hard work.

Blend in with the locals as you head north … check out some woodworking made by hard labor.

Or Better yet. We hear antiquing is huge around here, so why not do some window shopping. There’s one in particular that’s named after the owner whose name also rhymes with what she sells. In the window, you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Solution: Travel further north along RTE 1 to Thomaston, ME and Main Street Prison Showroom, then Angeliques (Antiques)

LIVE Feed Clues

  • The Dodge “guy” eats  a lobster roll (not long after the “last” online clue) while sitting on a red seat 🙂

  1. after examing the video clues and comparing with the live shot, I will say definately it is a prop made to look like wherever the clues were shot. Perhaps it is inside a warehouse which would explain why there are no sounds except what THEY WANT YOU TO HEAR.
If it was a chicken barn…it would be filthy and NOT look like a clean pristine barn. I have chickens….they are gross….old barns also have unevenly worn floors,,,this floor is perfectly flat….more smoke and mirrors?

  2. The hard labor is the Maine prisons. Convicts make wood furniture to sell. I saw a reference to this earlier in a website that someone here directed us to, but I don’t remember which one

  3. I guess we’ll be ordering pizza for dinner…was about to finally get off my laptop to go to the grocery store when they said the winner was within 15 miles…that was an hour ago. lol

  4. Walnut hill Barn looks good but the floors are not tarnished and the floor boards go the wrong way. The car would have to be at the end of the barn and 1 pic of end of barn didn’t show the same backdrop as what is behind the car. It was a chicken coup in past and is rented too just doesn’t match up from pics.

  5. This girl in Rockland is very close. She says she found a clue in Thomaston. She is now in Rockland. All within the last 30 minutes.

Dodge also just posted someone is very close. She is not giving out any clue info.

Paul – off to Thomaston? Will search for antique shops.

  6. In Thomaston, ME (further along {1}) … there’s Prison State Showroom (woodworking + hard labor?) and right across the street corner, an antique store. No name however, doesn’t appear to be google but seems to be on the right trek. {Personal call is required to travel further north}

  7. Look for the lady whose name rhymes with what she sells, and look in the window. It will probably be another phone number to call for another exclusive clue. The lady probably signed an non-disclosure agreement, so calling the shop and asking her won’t help…even going into her store and asking her won’t help. You probably have to be there in person at the antique store, and find the phone number in the window for the next clue……the Journey must be hidden within a 15-mile radius of Red’s Eats, Wiscassett, Maine.

  8. Definatelty a created production set. The barn is a replica. Its not the one in the video clips. There are no columns in the clip barn but are in the live feed. The number and construction of the purlins is different for one, as are board width on the board & battans.

Even the sunlight and it’s movement is a college 101 class for any film student. Everyone has been looking for a real & old barn, yet it may not be the case. Renting a warehouse and using it as a film stage would be more cost effective and less liability for the actual property owner. Likewise, it would make finding this one limited to the ones actually out there, limit the webs influence, eliminate any “eyes in the sky”, and maintain the integity of the event, especially after the midwest fiasco.

    Junk food for thought.

  9. midwest runner up should get the car, it’s one thing to use insider info to find it like that guy did, its another thing to find it but then decide not to accept it. he wasted everyones time, don’t cheat and then feel guilty when it works. has dodge said anything about what theyre doing with that car? that guy ruined it for everyone out there, can’t trust the cops.

  10. Last week they didn’t show the winner right away, but they did cut the sound for a while. They then changed the banner at the top to “2nd Journey Found.” I hope they don’t do that today. It would be nice to see the person actually be truly surprised.
